How To Move On Yourself after a Breakup || How to move on from Relationship

If you were in a relationship for a long time or short period of time but now you broke up with your partner and now you are felling depressed and sad then in this article i am going to tell you some of my rules that i applied for my self to heal and restart my life again, let start

1.Give time Yourself first
first point is that try to think how you ware got into in relationship with her or him in your starting days, it was too pleasureable right? okay , now you have to change your brain function i mean you have to give some time yourself to get rid or changed your emotional brain function just by applying some self healing rules like, you have to cut yourself from all the way that to contacted to her like facebook, instagram, WhatsApp i mean from all the way that you talk to her.

2.Delete all her/ him old memory
now second point is you have to delete all her or him photo and video  that you have in your phone or online i mean in facebook, Instagram or cloud storage, when you are going to delete your past memory that you spend with her like photo and video your brain will think again to keep those but you have to delete all the photo and video and fill your memory i mean device memory with big beautiful celebrity not with porn and watch there beauty again and again if you do this your brain will automatically start divert to new emotion and thinking process.

3.Spend time with your family and keep busy yourself
After a breakup the first think you have to do yourself is that keep busy yourself it may me spend time with your family or the work you love most do them and achieve your goal step by step and run after money because money can give your happiness not a girl that is the harsh truth in todays world it can give you freedom whatever you want even paid girlfriend.

4.Change your location for sometime
yes, you have listen right, you have to change your location for sometime to change to brain function that i did when i broke up with my wife  i immediately changed my location to divert my brain function. go somewhere where you can focus on your work and make more money because it will help you to buy your next car or bike or the gadget you like most.

5.Spend time with your childhood friend
yes , when you will spend time with your childhood friend you will be able to talk anything you want no need to warry they will make fun or you so spend time with your school friend and go with them somewhere where you used to go in  your school life this is why i told you make money why because if you have money you can do whatever you want this way your brain will automatically start divert to new habit.

6.Try to recall whatever bad think that your partner said to you 
now its time to make your heart angry! yes when you broke up your partner whatever he or she said to you i mean bad think said to you try to recall your mind and make your heart angry. in this world there are millions of beautiful girl or men that you can prepare yourself to get into your future relationship!

7.Keep focus on Your Physical health
now the last point is that eat whatever you like most and join a gym and make your self fitness and beauty and look attractive ware new dress get your bike ready and go out for new ride make video of your tour journey.

8. Talk to your opposite gender always
this is the vital point try to talk to your opposite gender it may be your mom , sister ,brother , dad and so on, if you do this i can give you 
guarantee you that you will move on from your ex wife or girlfriend soon.
